2025 Image of the Year

Wednesday (19/11/25) saw the club hold it’s annual Image of the Year Competition, once again the club invited former member Barry Hill AWPF EFIAP along to judge and critique the images. The Image of the Year is selected from the images that were placed first, second and third in internal print and PDI competitions throughout 2025, was Barry’s job to selected the best colour and monochrome print along with a best PDI and from these three images he would pick the overall Image of the Year.

The best monochrome print was Norman Cahill’s “Raw Power” with John Morgan’s image “Stormy Skies Above” winning best colour print and the best PDI was “Lakeside Sunset” by David Jones. The overall Image of the Year and the Peter Harman Memorial Cup when to Norman’s monochrome image.
