2026 Welsh Photographic Federation Memorial Cup

These Trophies are presented in memoriam of Past W.P.A and W.P.F Presidents.

There shall be an annual inter club print and PDI competition for the Memorial Trophies. Traditionally the competition was held on the last Sunday in January, but may be held slightly later, so see the Latest News and Events for the closing date for entries and date of the competition.

It now comprises three competitions:-

The Past President’s Trophy – best set of four colour prints.
The Gwyn Morgan Trophy – best set of  four monochrome prints.
The Walter Morgan Trophy – best set of four projected digital images.

Once again this year Memorial Day will be held by Monmouth Photographic Club at Dingestow Village Hall, Nr Monmouth on Saturday 21st February 2026. The doors open at 9.00am with a 10.00am start. Clubs must have their print entries in no later than 9.30am.

The Hall is a large yellow building, strangely there is a Post Office sign sticking out from the wall by the road, that is it!

Parking is available directly opposite across the road from the hall is a designated village hall parking area.

There is no food on the day so please bring a packed lunch although Monmouth town is about 10-15mins away from the hall should you wish to drive there for some lunch. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available at no charge throughout the day.
